Anne S. Little, 88, entered into rest at 8:03 a.m., from complications after a long illness, on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Celebration Villa of Lewisburg.

She was born January 20, 1937, in Washington, DC, a daughter of the late Walter and Beth (Carson) Beall.

Anne’s family relocated to their home state of Iowa when she was less than a year old. She attended school in Albion, Iowa, where she excelled in basketball and various other endeavors. Anne graduated from high school as her class valedictorian.

She married her first husband and had two children, Jeff of Florida, and Kim of New Providence. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.

After school she worked in the corrugated industry. Anne rose through the ranks of that industry and was transferred to Lancaster as a customer service manager, then as a sales service manager in Reading.

She met her current husband, Bill, who also had two children, Robert and Susan, from a previous marriage.

Anne and Bill lived in Manheim for several years after retirement. In 2005, they relocated to Union County where they had a summer home which became their permanent residence.

She was a member of the Lincoln Chapel United Methodist Church, Millmont.

Her dedication to her dogs, over several years, Candy, Mindy, Nicki, Sparky, and Casey, will always be remembered.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Ward Beall.

Services will be private.
