Beatrice V. Neiss, 84, Mifflinburg

Beatrice Viola Neiss, 84, of 105 Market St., since 1950, entered into rest Sunday, August 25, 2013, at her home.

She was born August 23, 1929, in Mifflinburg, a daughter of the late George H. and Gladys M. (Snyder) Glover.

Beatrice was a 1947 graduate of Mifflinburg High School.

She was a member of the Dreisbach United Church of Christ, Lewisburg.

Beatrice was employed at Huntington Throwing Mills, Mifflinburg, for many years.

She enjoyed gardening, sewing, feeding birds, reading, baking, and decorating at her home.

Surviving is one son, Scott W. Redpath, of Mifflinburg.

She was preceded in death by one brother, David W. Glover; and one sister, Mabel Ann Jordan.

Funeral services will be conducted privately at the convenience of the family.

Funeral arrangements are by Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg.
