Carol Brelsford

MILLMONT – Carol Evelyn Brelsford, 73, of 708 Canada Dr., sine 1980, entered into rest at 1:10 p.m., Sunday, October 25, 2015, at her home.

She was born March 6, 1942, in Towson, Maryland, a daughter of the late Frank and Evelyn (Klepper) Kaufmann.

Carol graduated from Towson High School and studied nursing at the University of Maryland.

She was employed as a billing specialist at Rotech (formerly CPO2), Mifflinburg.

Carol was a member of the Hironimus Union Church, Weikert, for many years, and most recently attended the Church of New Life, Mifflinburg.

She was a member of the Mifflinburg V.F.W. Post 1964, Mifflinburg American Legion Post 410 Ladies Auxiliary, West End Social Club, and Union County Sportsmens Club, Weikert, where she served as past secretery.

Carol enjoyed gardening, fishing, feeding birds at her home, animals, cooking, camping, crafts, sitting on her porch watching the creek, spending time with her family and friends, and spoiling her granddog.

Surviving are two sons and one daughter-in-law, Steven C. Garner of Mifflinburg, and David F. and Heather Garner of Millmont; two daughters and one son-in-law, Deborah C. and Barry Libby of Mifflinburg, and Sharon E. Ulrich of Millmont; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Frank and Dottie Kaufmann of Towson, Maryland, and Jack Kaufmann of Gainsville, Florida; 7 grandchildren, Cody Garner, Christoper Libby, Jazzmine Good, Christina Ulrich, Cheyenne Bush, Chelsea Bush, and Trevor Ulrich; and one great granddaughter, Alayna Garner, who was born October 24, 2015.

Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 3 p.m., Saturday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where a memorial service will be conducted at 3, with Pastor Butch Woolsey, officiating.

Following the memorial service, family and friends are welcome to a celebration of life at the West End Social Club, 3007 State Route 235, Glen Iron.
