Connie Snook Teichman, 86, of Millmont, entered into rest at 4:51 p.m., Friday, February 7, 2025, at Rolling Hills Manor.
She was born November 29, 1938 in New Berlin on her family farm, a daughter of the late Floyd and Ruth (Shaffer) Snook. On August 7, 1957, she married Seibert “Herb” Teichman, who survives.
Connie was a 1956 graduate of Mifflinburg High School.
She worked as the secretary and bookkeeper at Teichman Construction for 50 years.
Connie enjoyed gardening, baking, camping, taking trips to Maine, and taking care of her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Mifflinburg Chapter.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 67 years, is one son and daughter-in-law, Martin and Celain Teichman of Millmont; one daughter and son-in-law, Lori Jo and David Showalter of Millmont; six grandchildren and their spouses, Brandon and Taylor Teichman, Ashley and Mark Fisher, Joshua and Brittany Teichman, Hannah and Tucker Martin, Levi Showalter, and Lydia Showalter and fiancé Josiah Moll; five great-grandchildren, Thatcher Teichman, Brody Fisher, Ella Fisher, Aria Teichman, Raegen Teichman, and two more expected in spring; one brother, F. Earnest Snook, Jr. of New Berlin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one sister and brother-in-law, Thelma and Ira Keister; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mary Elaine and Bernard Dohrmann; sister-in-law, Marie Snook; step-mother, Mary Snook; and great-granddaughter, Finley Grace Fisher.
Family and friends are welcome from 12 to 1 p.m., Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at Hironimus Union Church, 6275 Weikert Road, Weikert 17885, where a memorial service will be conducted at 1, with Pastor Kurt P. Francis, officiating.
Burial will be in Hironimus Union Cemetery.
