Cynthia L. Guyer, 59, Lewisburg

Cynthia Lee Guyer, 59, of 7662 Col. John Kelly Rd., since 1978, entered into rest at 7:25 p.m., Friday, June 15, 2012, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

She was born September 8, 1952, in Lewisburg, a daughter of the late Marvin and Velma (Heddings) Stahl. On March 15, 1980, in the Lewisburg Presbyterian Church, she married M. Peter Guyer, who survives.

Cynthia was a 1970 graduate of Lewisburg High School.

She was a certified massage therapist and owner and operator of Sincerelee Therapeutic Massage. Earlier in life, she was employed at JPM, Co., Lewisburg, and Moore Business Forms, Lewisburg, for 10 years.

Cynthia loved animals, flowers, bird watching, traveling to the beach, and was especially passionate about massage therapy. She also enjoyed painting animals on different mediums.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 32 years, are one son, Samuel P. Guyer of Lewisburg; one daughter and son-in-law, Tiffany J. and Matthew Miller of Middleburg; two brothers and one sister-in-law, Gilbert M. and Betty Stahl of Lewisburg, and Wayne M. Stahl and his fiance Nancy English of Lewisburg; three grandchildren, Paige M., Alexander R., and Chloe P. Miller; aunt, Faylene Groover, of Lewisburg; sister-in-law, Doris and her husband Jim Yost of Snow Shoe; and niece, Mandy and her husband David Chambers of Snow Shoe.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Cynthia, will be conducted at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 23, at the First Presbyterian Church, 401 Main St., Watsontown, with Rev. Paul A. Smith, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be to the SUN P.E.T.S., P.O. Box 64, Lewisburg, PA 17837.

Funeral arrangements are by Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg.
