Dennis E. Reynolds, 55, Mifflinburg

Dennis Edward Reynolds, 55, of 89 Walnut St., for the past 11 years, entered into rest at 4:08 p.m., Friday, September 10, 2010, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

He was born September 29, 1954, in Lancaster, a son of Jennie E. (Kern) Reynolds of Lancaster and the late George E. Reynolds. On August 15, 1999, in Mifflinburg, he married the former Brenda L. Smith, who survives.

Dennis was a talented drywaller, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, and hiking.

He was a member of the Union County Sportsmen's Club, Weikert.

Surviving in addition to his wife of 11 years, are two daughters and one son-in-law, Monica and Dwayne Bell of Seattle, Wash., and Kasei Kochel of Mifflinburg; one son, Travis Kochel of Portland, Oreg.; one brother and sister-in-law, Barry and Andrea Reynolds of Lancaster; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sharon and Chuck Lefever of Lampeter, and Bonnie and Steve Hammond of Lancaster; and two grandchildren, Georgia and Dylan Bell.

He was preceded in death by one son, Dennis E. Reynolds, Jr.

Visitors are welcome to join a gathering of Dennis's family and friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where a memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1948 E. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
