Donna V. Wenrick, 73, Millmont
Donna Vee Wenrick, 73, of 395 Whitetail Lane, since 1981, went home surrounded by her family and friends at 11:15 p.m., Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.
She was born May 27, 1940, in Sunbury, a daughter of the late John B. and Anna H. (Renn) Reem. On August 30, 1958, at the Community Fellowship Church, Oaklyn, she married William E. Wenrick, who survives.
Donna was a 1958 graduate of Sunbury High School.
She owned and operated Donna's Beauty Salon, Mifflinburg, and Wenrick's Trailer Sales, Mifflinburg, with her husband from 1972 to 1981. Donna was employed at a cook at Rolling Hills Manor, Millmont, Rock Oak, Millmont, and the Old Turnpike Restaurant, Mifflinburg. Most recently, she was a clerk at Weis Markets, Mifflinburg.
Donna attended the West End Bible Fellowship, Millmont.
She was a founding member of the Circle M Saddle Club, Millmont.
Donna enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting, baking, playing cards with friends, traveling with her husband, and attending the Women of Faith conferences.
Surviving in addition to her husband of nearly 55 years, are one son and daughter-in-law, Gary E. Wenrick and Ann Wagner of Mifflinburg; one daughter and son-in-law, Sherri J. and Terry M. Conard of Millmont; one brother and sister-in-law, James and Marion Reem of Williamsport; one sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Gary Willow of Port Charlotte, Florda; three grandchildren, Danielle N. Wenrick of Northumberland, Michael A. Conard of Millmont, and Erica A. Conard of Millmont; and many grandchildren of her heart.
She was preceded in death by one brother, John R. Reem.
Family and friends are welcome to a time of visitation from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Saturday, at the West End Bible Fellowship, 19200 Old Turnpike Rd., Millmont, where a memorial service to celebrate the life of Donna will be conducted at 11 a.m., with Pastor Richard L. DeVett, officiating.
