Hattie G. Deihl, 89, Mifflinburg

Hattie Gladys Deihl, 89, of 529 Moll Rd., entered into rest at 11:26 a.m., Sunday, June 30, 2013, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

She was born April 20, 1925, in Richfield, a daughter of the late Martin and Maggie (Gelnett) Bolig. She was married to David E. Deihl, who survives.

Hattie was employed at Par-Knit, Mifflinburg, for many years.

She was a member of the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church for over 50 years.

Surviving in addition to her husband are one son and daughter-in-law, Dale R. and Sandra L. Deihl of Milton; one daughter and son-in-law, Christine M. and Larry Heisler of Florida; one brother and sister-in-law, Ernie and Faye Bolig of Thompsontown; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Lena and Harold Arnold of Richfield, Betty Slipetz of Endwell, NY, and Erma and Rudy Bruggler of Richfield; 5 grandchildren, Jason and his wife Latisha Deihl of Waldorf, MD, Tanya Deihl of Bloomsburg, Michael Deihl of Harrisburg, Matthew Deihl of Milton, and Candy Heisler of Florida; and one great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard Bolig and Kenneth Gearhart; and one sister, Vera Troup.

Funeral services will be conducted privately at the convenience of the family.

Burial will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery.
