Henry H. Predix, 84, of Watsontown, formerly of Lewisburg, entered into rest at 10:29 a.m., Monday, November 5, 2018, at his home.
He was born March 29, 1934, in Lewisburg, a son of the late Harry and Velma (Moll) Predix. On August 20, 1998, he married the former Mary Stout, who preceded him in death.
Henry attended Mifflinburg High School.
He served in the Air Force from August 6, 1954 until his honorable discharge February 5, 1958.
Henry was employed at Riverwoods, Lewisburg, in maintenance and transportation, for 20 years. Earlier in life, he worked as a mechanic at Watson Motors, Mifflinburg.
He was a member of the Watsontown American Legion Post 323.
Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law, Henry S. and Susan Predix of Mifflinburg, and Jeff L. and Kelly A. Predix of Watsontown; one sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Vernon Gessner of Mifflinburg; two grandsons, Matthew and Travis Predix; and three step-grandchildren, Ashley Kane, Taryne Arbogast, and Karri Martz.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Francis Predix; and one sister, Kathryn Steimling.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Friday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, with Rev. John Yost, officiating.
Interment will be in the Mifflinburg Cemetery.
