Herbert Paul

Herbert A. Paul, 64, of Sunbury, entered into rest on Saturday, September 26, 2020, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

He was born August 1, 1956 in Buffalo, New York, a son of the late Ervin A. and Nancy J. (Swanger) Paul.

Herbert attended Mifflinburg High School.

He was employed as a diesel mechanic, and enjoyed classic cars, especially Pontiac GTO’s and completing body work on cars.

Herbert also enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, NASCAR, creating various crafts, and spending time with his family, grandchildren, and friends.

Surviving are three daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Shane Conroy of the United Kingdom, Christine and Alex Kidder of Sunbury, and Kimberly and Aaron Garnhart of Sunbury; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Delroy and Carolyn Paul of Milton, and Kevin and Jill Paul of Middleburg; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Deborah and Kris Wendt of Selinsgrove, and Carla Paul Smith and Loren Smith of Oklahoma; and four grandchildren, Skylar, Elijah, Amelia, and Gryphon.

He was preceded in death by his step-mother, Doris J. (Treibley) Paul, and ex-wife, Kathy Paul.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
