Jackie "Jack" M. Ulrich, 54, Millmont
Jackie "Jack" Murray Ulrich, 54, of 17654 Old Turnpike Rd., and lifelong resident of Hartley Township, entered into rest at 5:45 a.m., Friday, July 30, 2010, at home, with his wife at his side after a brief illness.
He was born July 7, 1956, in Lewisburg, a son of the late Marlin and Naomi (Lamey) Ulrich. On March 27, 1983, in Millmont, he married the former Jewel B. Ramsey, who survives.
Jack was employed for the past 13 years as a truck driver at Ritz-Craft Transportation, Mifflinburg.
He enjoyed riding his Harley, and was a member of the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.). Jack also enjoyed collecting guns, and spending time with his family, friends, and two dogs, Toby and Missy.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 27 years, are one brother, John M. Ulrich of Middleburg; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Alverna M. and Robert Boyer of Millmont, and Sharon D. Ulrich of Glen Iron; and one nephew, Harold E. Ulrich of Glen Iron.
Family and friends are welcome from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, and 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Monday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m., with Rev. Richard M. VonNeida, officiating.
Burial will be in the Hartleton Cemetery.
All bikers attending the funeral service are encouraged to ride their bikes in honor of Jack.
