MIFFLINBURG - Jolinda Ann Renninger, 77, of 79 Chestnut St., for the past 53 years, entered into rest at 5:14 p.m., Friday, October 30, 2015, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.
She was born October 18, 1938, in York County, a daughter of the late Rev. Dr. Grantas and Ethel (Decker) Hoopart.
Jolinda was a 1956 graduate of Mifflinburg High School and attended Lycoming College.
She was employed at IGA, Mifflinburg, NQ2, Mifflinburg, Ben Franklin, Mifflinburg, and worked in food service at the Mifflinburg High School.
Jolinda was a member of the Mifflinburg United Methodist Church, for over 60 years, where she was active in the choir and played the piano for the junior choir.
She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Club 39, Mifflinburg, and the Mifflinburg Homemakers Club.
Jolinda enjoyed playing the piano, reading, ceramics, and spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving are one son, Terry W. Renninger of Loganton; and one daughter, Karole A. Renninger of Lewisburg.
Family and friends are welcome to a time of visitation from 12:30 to 1 p.m., Tuesday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where a memorial service will be conducted at 1, with Rev. Elizabeth Taylor, officiating.
