Joseph “Joe” W. Dressler, 68, of Mifflinburg, entered into rest Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at home.
He was born June 24, 1956, in Lewisburg, a son of the late Morris Elmer and Maud Evelyn (Harrison) Dressler.
Joe was a graduate of SUN Area Vo-Tech, New Berlin.
He was employed at Pennsylvania House, Lewisburg, for over 25 years. After he retired, he worked at Puff’s, Mifflinburg.
Joe was a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and Hope’s Haven food bank.
He enjoyed woodworking, was a jack-of-all trades, and was a superhero for his daughter.
Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Joshua Dressler of Lewisburg; one brother, Michael Dressler of Alabama; one sister, Barbara Dressler of England; three grandchildren, Edward Aikey, Jr. of Mifflinburg, Raymond Haefner, Jr. of Williamsport, and Jared Haines of Wilmington, North Carolina; nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Christopher, Josephine, and Keiran; and his former wife, Connie Dressler and her partner David Kiss of Mifflinburg.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 15, at the Mifflinburg Church of New Life, 8700 Buffalo Road, Mifflinburg, with Pastor Butch Woolsey, officiating.
