Katie G. Clark, 73, formerly of Sunbury, entered into rest at 9:52 a.m., Saturday, November 20, 2010, at Riverwoods, Lewisburg, where she had been a resident for the past 4 years.
She was born August 28, 1937, in Lewisburg, a daughter of the late Ulysses and Anna (Balliet) Shiffer. On February 3, 1957, she married Albert R. Clark, who preceded her in death September 19, 1981.
Katie was a graduate of Milton High School.
She enjoyed collecting porcelain dolls.
Surviving are one brother, Ulysses "Sonny" Shiffer of Mifflinburg; two sisters, Anna Temple of Turbotville, and Rhoda Lingle of Montoursville; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Bruce, Farris, and Clark Shiffer; and three sisters, Beatrice Buck, Alice Swanger, and Bessie Swartz.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m., Wednesday, November 24, at the Northumberland Memorial Park, Route 61, Stonington, with Rev. ____, officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Katie to the American Cancer Society, 1948 E. Third St., Williamsport, PA 17701.
Funeral arrangements are by Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg.
