Leonard W. Long, 53, Millmont

Leonard Wayne Long, 53, of 18420 Old Turnpike Rd., for the past 21 years, entered into rest at 10:40 p.m., Monday, August 26, 2013, at his home.

He was born March 8, 1960, in Lewisburg, a son of Dolores F. (Keefer) of Mifflinburg and the late Leroy F. Long. On February 11, 1993, in Mifflinburg, he married the former Debra A. Walter, who survives.

Leonard was a 1978 graduate of Mifflinburg High School.

He was employed at Playworld Systems, Lewisburg, for 32 years.

Leonard enjoyed hunting, fishing, working outdoors, watching NASCAR and football, and attending Mifflinburg High School football games. He also enjoyed caring for his cats, "Little Kate", "Jasper", and "Kendall", and spending time with his family.

Surviving in addition to his mother and wife, are one son, Zachary W. Long of Millmont; one daughter, Katelyn D. Long of Millmont; one step-daughter, Brittany L. Malone, of Waymart; and one brother and sister-in-law, Rich and Ricki Long of Millmont.

Family and friends are welcome from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Thursday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m., with Rev. Ricky Phillips, officiating.

Burial will be in the Hartleton Cemetery.
