Leroy Fetterolf

Leroy William Fetterolf Jr., formerly of Milton and Troxelville, entered into rest at 1:45 p.m., Sunday, September 10, 2023, at home in Lewisburg, where he resided since May. 

He was born August 21, 1953, in Sunbury, a son of the late Leroy W., Sr. and Arlene Anna (Musser) Fetterolf. 

He attended West Snyder School and Mifflinburg High School.

Leroy was employed by Yorktowne, Mifflinburg and the Mifflinburg Borough. 

He enjoyed building, particularly with metals and woodworking. Animals were always his favorite especially cats. When he was younger he had a horse named Blackie and he loved her dearly. He loved smoking and joking with Sue Guffey on the porches. Hospice was his bright spot in the week! Thank you Patrick, Laura, Leslie, Emily, Julie and Andrea! They were our family and a godsend! 

Surviving are one son, Scott “Hogie” Fetterolf and Stephanie Beachel of Mifflinburg; one daughter, Angie Fetterolf and John McAllister of Lewisburg; four sisters and one brother-in-law, June and Jerry Radel of Penns Creek, Barb Arnold of Florida, Sarah Casner of Mifflinburg, and Nancy Fetterolf of Florida; sister-in-law, Barb Fetterolf of Alabama; five grandchildren; John McAllister, Jr, Amanda and Paul Woolsey, Ryan and Whitney Lloyd, Courtney and Kyle Adams and Oryan Fetterolf, and seven great-grandchildren, Maddie Woolsey, Cayden McAllister, Mason and Lucas Adams, and Bennett, Grace, and Everett Lloyd.

He was preceded in death by siblings Betty Radel, George and Roger Fetterolf; 2 sisters at infancy Dorothy and Mary; 2 Nephews, Josh Fetterolf and Wade Clausen; and a niece Tammy Lee Radel at infancy.

Following Leroy’s wishes, services will be private.
