Linda Campbell

MIFFLINBURG – Linda Ann Campbell, 74, of 364 Thompson St., since 1974, entered into rest at 9:00 p.m., Monday, January 18, 2016, at her home.
She was born September 18, 1941, in Danville, a daughter of the late Harold H. Sauer and Fern (Shively) Klose. On August 13, 1966, in Tucson, Arizona, she married James E. Campbell, who survives.
Linda was a 1959 graduate of Del Rio High School, Texas.
She attended Mifflinburg United Methodist Church.
Linda was employed at the Mifflinburg Telegraph for 17 years, and also the editor of the Mifflinburg Telegraph paper. Later in life, she was part owner of the Valley Video, Mifflinburg, and worked at D&L Pretzels, Mifflinburg.
Surviving in addition to her husband of nearly 50 years, are two sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy H. and Kim Campbell of Monroe, North Carolina, and James K. and Ann Campbell of Boalsburg; one sister and brother-in-law, Susan and David Palmer of Media; and 6 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted privately at the convenience of the family.
