Linda D. Wagner, 55, Mifflinburg
Linda Diane Wagner, 55, of Wildwood Rd., entered into rest Monday, November 28, 2011, at her home.
She was born September 2, 1956, in Lewisburg, a daughter of Dawn E. Miller and Frank Spickler of Beavertown, and Harold R. and Beverly Miller of Middleburg.
Linda was a 1975 graduate of Mifflinburg High School. She then graduated with honors from McCann Business School with an associates degree in business management.
She was employed as manager of Shrawder's Mini Market, Penns Creek, for 15 years, and prior to that worked at Internaltional Paper, Lewisburg.
Linda served as Limestone Township Supervisor for many years.
She enjoyed taking family photos, camping, riding Harley Davidsons, and cooking. Linda was active in contributing to cancer research, including donating money raised from selling cookbooks that she had written.
Surviving in addition to her parents, are one daughter and son-in-law, Marci A. and Braden Heimbach of Millmont; three grandchildren, Gavin, Logan, and Kelsey Heimbach of Millmont; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Lori and Gary Shrawder, and Lisa and Roy Boop, III, all of Mifflinburg; one half-brother, Steve and his wife Karen Miller of Middleburg; maternal grandmother, Alma Heimbach of Mifflinburg; numerous step-brothers and step-sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Tonya Lynn in 1984; and one brother, Bobby Miller in 1960.
There will be no public viewing. Family and friends are welcome for a time of visitation from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Friday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m., with Rev. Ricky Phillips, officiating.
Burial will be in the Dry Valley Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
