Lois Mcgraw

MIFFLINBURG – Lois Mae McGraw, 84, entered into rest at 10:20 a.m., Saturday, November 14, 2015, at her home.

Lois was born August 9, 1931, in Coburn, a daughter of the late Bruce Leroy and Alma Anna (Musser) Weaver.  In October 1949, she married Jerome E. “Red” McGraw, who preceded her in death September 10, 1995.

A 1949 graduate of Mifflinburg High School, Lois was a lifelong member of Mifflinburg United Methodist Church and was retired from the JPM Company in Lewisburg.

She enjoyed gardening and reading.

Surviving are three sons and two daughters-in-law, Larry E. McGraw of Hollidaysburg, Wayne A. and Serena McGraw of Mifflinburg, and John T. and Joanne McGraw of Millmont; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda A. and Robert Stahl of Elizabethtown; one brother, David B. Weaver of Mifflinburg; three sisters, Mabel Jean Reber of Lewisburg, Gwen Moyer of Mifflinburg, and Alberta Sterling of Linglestown; two grandsons, Ryan, and Johnathan Stahl; two step grandchildren, Phillip Levinson, and Brin-Daylene Levinson; and 9 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Jerome D. McGraw; and one brother, Wayne Weaver.

There will be no public viewing.  Family and friends are welcome to a time of visitation from noon to 1 p.m., Wednesday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 1, with Rev. Elizabeth Taylor, officiating.

Burial will be in the Mifflinburg Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Hospice of Evangelical, 1 Hospital Dr., Lewisburg, PA 17844, or National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 1848, Longmont, CO 80502

Funeral arrangements are by Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg.
