Lois Page

Lois E. Page, 86, a lifelong resident of Mifflinburg, entered into rest at 11:30 p.m., Friday, October 25, 2019, at home.

She was born November 18, 1932 in Mifflinburg, a daughter of the late Robert R. and Rebecca M. (Bowersox) Erdley. On March 26, 1954, she married Robert H. Page, who survives.

Lois was a graduate of Mifflinburg High School and received her Registered Nursing degree from Pennsylvania Hospital of Philadelphia.

She was employed as a Registered Nurse at Evangelical Community Hospital and the Laurelton State School.

Lois enjoyed ceramics, needlepoint, riding motorcycles and snowmobiles, and volunteering at blood drives, where she would draw blood and take blood pressures.

She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Mifflinburg.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 65 years, are two sons and one daughter-in-law, Robert W. and Kristen Page of Wellsboro, and Lawrence E. Page of Cogan Station; one brother and sister-in-law, Richard R. and Gale Erdley of Mifflinburg; 6 grandchildren, Sarah E., Rebecca A., Jacob W., Chad R., Ryan K., and William C. Page.

She was preceded in death by one grandson, Cordell L. Page.

Burial will be held privately at Mifflinburg Cemetery.
