MIFFLINBURG – Lynne Diane LeBlanc, 47, of 41 Laurel St., formerly of Gainesville, Florida, entered into rest Sunday morning, February 7, 2016, at her home, following a long illness.
She was born December 30, 1968, in Alexandria, Louisiana, a daughter of Gary R. LeBlanc of Alexandria, and Kathleen (Grantham) LeBlanc of Lexington, Virginia.
Lynne was a graduate of the American International School in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and attended Louisiana State University.
Prior to her illness, she was employed as a Pharmacy Technician at Shand’s University Hospital in Gainesville, Florida.
Lynne enjoyed fishing, dancing, and art, was a voracious reader, and loved animals, especially cats.
Surviving, in addition to her mother and father, are her beloved cat Samantha, of Mifflinburg; her companion, Rhonda Reed of Mifflinburg; two brothers, Steven LeBlanc and his companion Jackie Torrice of Fredericksburg, Virginia, and Jesse and his wife Maria LeBlanc of New Jersey, and their daughter, Alice LeBlanc; her uncle, Bruce and his wife Judy LeBlanc of Alexandria, Louisiana; and cousins Josh and Monya McMichael of Lexington, Virginia; Timothy and his wife Jessica LeBlanc of Alexandria, Louisiana; Jennifer Barlar of Stockbridge, Georgia; Jennifer DePriest of Pineville, Louisiana; and Jody DePriest of Metairie, Louisiana.
Services will be private.
