Margaret M. Lieberman

Margaret M. Lieberman, 89, of Lewisburg, formerly of New Berlin, entered into rest at 10:03 p.m., Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Riverview Manor, Lewisburg.

She was born October 18, 1935, in New Berlin, a daughter of the late James A. and Amelia J. (Miller) Smith. On March 28, 2009, in New Berlin, she married Arthur J. Lieberman, who preceded her in death January 4, 2022.

Margaret was a 1953 graduate of Selinsgrove High School.

She was employed as an accounts payable clerk at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for many years, until she retired.

Surviving are one daughter, Kim (Sylvia); one step-daughter, Theressa (Merv); one daughter-in-law, Cyndi; two grandchildren, Lydia and Mason; two step-grandchildren, Pamela and Steven; and six step-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Chris; and nine siblings.

A memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m., Friday, April 11, at Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, with Rev. David Dearing, officiating.

Interment will be in the New Berlin Cemetery.
