Marianne Beney

Marianne M. Beney, 77, formerly of Long Island, New York, and Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, entered into rest at 8:57 p.m., Friday, November 11, 2022, at Milton Nursing and Rehabilitation.

She was born August 9, 1945, in Brooklyn, New York, a daughter of the late Willet F. and Martha A. (Froeleich) Rausch.

She was a graduate of Franklin K. Lane High School, New York City, New York.

Marianne was a member of the Dreisbach United Church of Christ, Lewisburg.

She was a Girl Scout leader for many years.

Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Dawn and Brett Graf of New Oxford, and Renee and Richard Schoonmaker of Muncy; four grandchildren, Kaitlyn and her husband Kevin Spillane of Gettysburg, Jordyn Graf of New Oxford, Kylie Schoonmaker of Muncy, and James Schoonmaker of South Williamsport; and one sister, Marilyn Rosensweig of San Diego, California.
