Marion J. Kahley, 92, of Weikert, entered into rest Saturday, March 15, 2025.
She was born September 15, 1932, in Somerville, Massachusetts, a daughter of the late Clement and Elsie (Campbell) Fillmore. On November 5, 1956, she married Eugene F. Kahley, who survives.
Marion was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Massachusetts, and Fisher Business School, Boston.
She was a member of the Hironimus Union Church, Weikert, where she played the piano for many years.
Marion was employed as a Secretary at the Laurelton State School and later as the Post Master of the Weikert Post Office.
She enjoyed country music, jigsaw puzzles, camping, spending summers at their cabin, traveling, visiting her relatives in Nova Scotia every year, and especially spending time with her family.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 68 years, are one daughter, Donna Gemberling of Millmont; one son and daughter-in-law, C. Wayne and Bev Nolen of Millmont; 3 grandchildren, Leigh and her husband Steve Shreckengast, Chris and his wife Cowell Gemberling, and Brian and his wife Erin Gemberling; and 3 great grandchildren, McKenley, Chloee, and Coy.
She was preceded in death by one brother and sister-in-law, Horace and Peggy Campbell.
Services will be private.
