Mary K. Campbell, 83, Mifflinburg

Mary Katherine Campbell, 83, of 8245 Buffalo Rd., for over 60 years, entered into rest at 11:48 a.m., Sunday, January 29, 2012, at Riverwoods, where she had been a resident since December 18, 2010.

She was born July 3, 1928, in Mifflinburg, a daughter of the late Orvis and Edith (Emery) Feese. On September 11, 1946, in Mifflinburg, she married Lewis "Louie" L. Campbell, who preceded her in death February 11, 2008.

Mary was a member of the Forest Hill United Methodist Church, where she served as bookkeeper.

She was employed at Huntington Throwing Mills, Mifflinburg, for many years, and later worked at American Home Foods, Milton.

Mary was a lifetime member of the Buffalo Valley Sportsmens Club, Mifflinburg.

She enjoyed playing bingo, going out to eat with her family and friends, and spending time with her dog "Penny".

Surviving are two sons and daughter-in-law, Lewis L., Jr. and Sharon D. Campbell of Lewisburg, and Donald E. and Dawn M. Campbell of Mifflinburg; one daughter, Laura M. Campbell of Mifflinburg; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Barbara and Dave Hollenbach of Lewisburg, and Elsie Zellers of Mifflinburg; 8 grandchildren and their spouses, Jennifer Campbell, Angela and Jeff Talbott, Troy and Jennifer Campbell, Shannon and Fred Heavner, Andy, Jr. and Danese Boob, MaLinda Boob and her companion Joey, Joseph Boob and his companion Danielle, and Mary and Amon Brubacker; and 16 great grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Pauline Hattie Feese.

Family and friends are welcome from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Wednesday, at the Forest Hill United Methodist Church, where the funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m., with Rev. Daniel H. Hicks, officiating.

Burial will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery.
