MIFFLINBURG – Michael L. Glennon, 67, of 81 Laney St., since 1990, entered into rest at 7:44 a.m., Monday, November 30, 2015, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
He was born September 24, 1948, in Wilkes-Barre, a son of the late Leonard and Gertrude (Drogalis) Glennon. On June 16, 2015, in Lewisburg, he married the former Maureen L. (Pick) Kline.
Michael was a graduate of Ashley High School, and attended Luzerne County Community College.
He served in the Army during Viet Nam from 1966 until his honorable discharge in 1969.
Michael was employed as a counselor at White Deer Treatment Center, and at Kline-Glennon-Weiss Counseling Associates.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are one daughter and son-in-law, Christy and Albert Wells of Pittston; one step-son, Michael Weber of Camp Hill; one brother, James; 7 sisters, Kathy, Mary, Barbara, Colleen, Kelly, Michelle and Maureen; and 2 grandchildren, Kiera and Christopher Wells.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m., Wednesday, December 9, 2015, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg.
