LEWISBURG - Miriam "Min" Mae Stevenson, 90, a long-time resident of Lewisburg, went home to her Lord on Sunday, November 2, 2014 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born November 5, 1923 in Selinsgrove, a daughter of the late Robert William and Margaret Mae (Musselman) Inch. On October 4, 1946, she and Harry "Coot" Eugene Stevenson were married,A sharing 42 years together until his death in 1988.

Miriam was a 1943 graduate of Herndon High School.A

She was a member of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lewisburg, and a member of the Lower Northumberland County Senior Action Center.

During her lifetime, she was employed by JPM in Lewisburg and Jessie Prowant, owner of Sewmore Sewing Center in NewA Columbia.A An accomplished seamstress, she madeA the dresses for each of her daughters' weddings, as well as many of her granddaughters' weddings.A Miriam also enjoyed quilting, needle point, and crocheting baby afghans. "MawMaw", as she was known to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, devoted her life to her family and was an inspiration to everyone who knew her.A She treasured her family's gatherings and enjoyed sharing momentous occasions with her family and friends.

Miriam grew upA on a farm on White's Island near Herndon.A She sharedA withA her children and grandchildrenA stories about her childhoodA and farm life on an island in the SusquehannaA River. In later years, she became tech savvy and enjoyed keeping in touch withA her grandchildren across the country.A

Miriam is survived by a son, Harry Jr. and his wife, Jill of Stow OH; four daughters, Bonnie and her husband, Don Katherman of Mifflinburg, RoxieA and her husband, Gary Adams of Montandon, Vickie and her husband, Donald Reichenbach of Lewisburg, and Debbie and her husband, Andrew Bobb of Herndon; her grandchildren, Duane Stevenson, Mark Stevenson, Kelly (Stevenson) Huepenbecker, Donnie Katherman, Candi (Katherman) Taylor, Christal (Adams) Rowe, Amy Adams, Gary Steven Adams, Cher (Reichenbach) Girton, Kammy (Reichenbach) Frank, Shane Reichenbach, Emily (Bobb) Renn, Lori (Bobb) Troutman, Betsy (Bobb) Reiner; 27 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; a sister, June (Inch) Yerger of Selinsgrove; brothers, James Inch of Sunbury RD, George and his wife, Evelyn of Herndon, andA Robert "Bud" Inch of Selinsgrove.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Merle Inch.A

Family and friends are welcome from 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 11, with Rev. Steven Middernacht, officiating.

Burial will be in the Twin Hills Memorial Park, Muncy.
