Raymond E. Coblentz, 59, Millmont

Raymond E. Coblentz, 59, formerly of Sarasota, Florida, went home to be with his Lord at 12:26 a.m., Friday, May 24, 2013, at 471 Libby Rd., Millmont, the home of his sister, Anna Miller, where he had resided the past few months during his illness.

He was born June 19, 1953, in Uniontown, Ohio, a son of Emanuel and Ada (Miller) Coblentz of Sugarcreek, Ohio.

Raymond was employed in construction.

Surviving in addition to his parents are three sons and two daughters-in-law, David R. Coblentz, Phillip D. and Brooke Coblentz, and Joshua P. and Theresa Coblentz, all of Sarasota; one daughter Joanna S. Coblentz of Sarasota; 9 grandchildren, Christin M., Elizabeth K., Destiny L., Gabriel P., Noah E., Zachariah K., Lillian G., Rebecca F., and Joshua P. Coblentz; five brothers and four sisters-in-law, Paul and Loretta Coblentz of Millersburg, OH, Nelson and Sara Coblentz of Tryon, NC, Jonas and Catherine Coblentz of Millersburg, OH, Mahlon and Amy Coblentz of Belle Center, OH, and David and Lorene Coblentz of Sugarcreek, OH; five sisters and four brothers-in-law, Laura and Malva Yoder of Holmesville, OH, Anna and David Miller of Millmont, Sara Coblentz of Sugarcreek, OH, Iva and James Hershberger of Antrum, OH, and Esther and Lynn Mast of Antrim, OH; and one sister-in-law, Beth Coblentz of Hartville, OH.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Melvin Coblentz; and two sisters-in-law, Amanda and Emma Coblentz.

Family and friends are welcome from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., today (Saturday May 25), at the Vicksburg Mennonite Church, 31 Strickler Rd., and from 2 a�" 4 p.m., and 6 a�" 8 p.m., Monday, at the Maranatha Fellowship, 941 State Route 93, Sugarcreek, Ohio, where the funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m., Tuesday, with Nelson Coblentz and Dave Miller, officiating pastors.

Burial will be in the Yoder Cemetery, Sugarcreek.

Funeral arrangements are by the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg.
