Richard Berry

Richard “Rick” A. Berry, 76, of Lewisburg, entered into rest at 12:34 p.m., Monday, February 10, 2025, at Wellspan Evangelical.

He was born on December 23, 1948 in Sunbury, a son of the late Clyde and Phyllis (Berry) Beaver. He was adopted and raised by his grandparents, Clayton E. and Theora Adda (Vonada) Berry. On January 23, 1989, he married the former Carol A. Bilger, who survives.

Rick attended Sunbury High School.

He was employed at Rea and Dericks in Northumberland, and Yorktowne Cabinets, Mifflinburg, until retirement. 

He was a member of the Rod and Gun Club, Northumberland. 

Rick enjoyed reading, hunting, fishing, and being on his CB radio. 

Surviving in addition to his wife, is one daughter, Michelle Berry of Knoxville, TN; one brother, Richard and Pat Berry of Lititz; one sister, Audrey Whitman of Sunbury; one stepson Michael Erb of Sunbury; three grandchildren, Kayla, Ricky, and Sierra, two step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by one stepson, Brian Erb. 

Services will be private.
