Robert Johanns

Robert C. Johanns, 88, of New Berlin since 1995, formerly of Edison, New Jersey, entered into rest at 10:37 a.m., Monday, July 16, 2018, at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

He was born June 6, 1930, in New Brunswick, New Jersey.  On September 23, 1950, in Metuchen, NJ, he married the former Peggy Ann Press, who preceded him in death December 10, 2009.

Robert was a member of the Free & Accepted Masonic Lodge # 370, Mifflinburg.

Surviving are four daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and James Marquette of Palmyra, Linda and Bud Goldeski of Polson, Montana, Carol and Robert Quinn of Rochester, NY, and Bette and Michael Zbinden of Alhambra, Illinois; 6 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Claire.

Robert's family invites you to a memorial service to celebrate his life on Wednesday, August 8th, at 11 a.m., at the Christ Community United Methodist Church, 3939 Park Rd., Selinsgrove, with Pastor Randy Bennett, officiating.

A masonic service will be conducted by the Mifflinburg Free & Accepted Masons Lodge 370.

A reception will follow with light refreshments at the church.
