Sandra B. "Bobbi" Pardi, 78, New Berlin

Sandra B. "Bobbi" Pardi, 78, of 300 Market St., since June 1987, formerly of Pittsburgh, entered into rest at 5:55 a.m., Friday, April 20, 2012, at the Manor at Penn Village, Selinsgrove.

She was born March 22, 1934, in Milton, a daughter of the late Benneville Haage Chapin and Agnes I. Chapin Sharp. On September 20, 1985, she married John Pardi, who preceded her in death. Earlier in life, she was married to Richard Walter, who preceded her in death.

Sandra was a graduate of Milton High School, and attended Indiana State College of Pennsylvania.

She was a member of the Messiah Evangelical Lutheran Church, New Berlin, where she was active in the Lutheran Women's Club, and took great joy in helping with the children's programs.

Sandra was very proud of her work on the New Berlin bicentennial project.

Surviving are four daughters and sons-in-law, Barri and Mike Critzman of Victorville, California, Pamela and Jack Bhuthimethee of Holly Springs, North Carolina, Rebecca and Randy Oliver of Sierra Vista, Arizona, and Cynthia and Mitch Wieland of Boise, Idaho; one brother, Robbins Stoughton Chapin of Flemington; one sister, Dorothy Ferlazzo of Milton; 16 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, James Craig Walter.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Sandra will be announced at a later date.
