T. Irene Bingaman, 88, of 1360 Forest Hill Rd., Mifflinburg, entered into rest at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, December 22, 2018, at her home.
She was born December 10, 1930, in Middleburg, a daughter of the late Clever and Dorothy (Newman) Kessler. In April 27 1951, in Hartleton, she married Robert Bingaman, who preceded her in death October 29, 2003.
Irene was employed at Kan-trac-ter, Mifflinburg, for many years.
She was a member of the Truth and Restoration Church, Milton.
Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Roy N. and Jane Bingaman of Montandon; one brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Pat Kessler of Mifflinburg; one son-in-law, William Rachkoskie; 4 grandchildren and their spouses, Julie and Eric Heisey of New Berlin, Elisha Steffen of Middleburg, Amy and Charlie Hackenburg of Mifflinburg, and Roy Bingaman, Jr. of Montandon;; and 5 great grandchildren, Gabrielle Jacobs, Zachary Jacobs, Allison Heisey, Corbin Steffen, Kyle Heisey.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Joan A. Rachkoskie; four brothers; and eight sisters.
Family and friends are welcome from 10 to 11 a.m., Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd., Mifflinburg, where the funeral will be conducted at 11, with Pastor James Kline, Jr.
Burial will be in the Hummels Church Cemetery, Middleburg.
